What was the main reason you chose Sift Lab?
We needed a tool that could translate large volumes of data into concrete, fast, and business-driving insights. We sit on enormous amounts of data, but creating views and mapping connections internally becomes inefficient considering the time it takes. Sift Lab stood out by combining user-friendliness with deep analytical capacity, which perfectly suited our needs—where we could easily plug our data into the platform and create the views we needed quickly.

What are the biggest problems or needs that Sift Lab is solving for you?
Primarily, it’s about achieving better precision in our commercial decisions. We want to steer assortment, pricing, and campaigns more data-driven, to both increase GM1% and reduce returns—not only at a group level, but also at the market and segment level, where the real difference is made.

What in our platform or offering felt most valuable to you?
The greatest strength is how easy it is to go from data to action. The platform makes complex analysis understandable for the entire organization and directly contributes to our profitability agenda—where, with just a few clicks, we can create customer segments and then easily connect these to traffic channels.

In addition, we can reverse the analysis—from customer focus to product focus. That allows us, with our product data, to see what is bought together, average order value, CLV, etc., and then adapt our assortment accordingly.

How did you first hear about us?
We heard about Sift Lab through industry colleagues and quickly became curious when we saw the results other players had achieved. After that, we took a closer look and realized there was a strong match with our needs.

What made you decide to get started right now?
Timing was crucial. We are in a position where profitability is the highest priority. Being able to act faster than before and on better insights means that we can already realize effects more quickly and gain leverage in our GM1% journey in both 2025 and 2026.
