Hi Robin, why did you choose to work with Sift Lab?

Since we also have all marketing data, including costs by channel, we can easily optimize our business based on all our KPIs, such as CAC/LTV, ROAS, and POAS.

What’s the biggest difference now compared to before you started working with Sift Lab?
The biggest difference is that we’ve become even more relevant to our customers. Through more precise segmentation, we can reduce the number of “unnecessary” customer interactions, creating a better and more personalized experience for our customers.


Additionally, it’s less time-consuming for us, as much of the process is highly automated. Sift Lab saves us hundreds of hours per year with more efficient analysis and automated segmentation using AI.


The ability to create specific segments and send them directly to platforms like Meta, Google, and Klaviyo to optimize both our paid advertising and email marketing has been incredibly valuable. We’ve seen positive lifts in several KPIs, such as CTR and CVR, which makes it easier to drive growth and profitability.

Can you give an example of an insight you’ve acted on through Sift Lab?
Absolutely! A concrete example is when we used Sift Lab’s city report and discovered something unexpected in Australia. We realized that we didn’t have a clear dominance in any specific city, but that aim’n’s orders were spread across the entire country each month.
